The position Transfer Pricing Specialist is being filled for our client, international company which is leader on the commercial real-estate market. Company is operating in Central and Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and regular update of Group’s transfer pricing documentation as required by the local tax legislation in Europe region
- Assist in data collection
- Assist in advisory to internal clients on transfer pricing tax aspects for a wide range of transactions and business operations
- Assist in review of benchmarking studies and work on economic analysis for various types of transactions with strong focus on financial and services transactions
- Assist in review of the business processes and intercompany transactions/ contracts from the transfer pricing perspective
- Assist in conduction of functional interview with internal clients to obtain client's business information
- Assist in review and analysis of financial statements and performance of financial analysis
- Support various transfer pricing projects upon request
- Monitor the local transfer pricing legislation, and the development of OECD and EU transfer pricing regulatory framework
- Effectively cooperate and communicate with various internal teams (tax team including) and external tax advisors
